What are the Shipping conditions?

All shipping costs are included within the price - no hidden extras. Should your order be confiscated we will replace it! We take great care in packing to protect both the box and the cigars. The cigars are sent AIR-MAIL PRIORITY with delivery time averaging between 7 - 15 working days. We cannot guarantee mailing times as this is out of our control and parcels cannot be tracked.

Taxes: Our prices are duty free, however, if any taxes are incurred within your country, they are your responsibility.

Are EMS cigars better?

When we asked if the 'English Market Selection' was superior, the Cubans responded with a very definite "no". All wholesalers purchase from the Cubans at the same price, any difference is due to either higher tax levels or excessive margins, as, in the case of Sweden. EMS is merely a marketing strategy to make up for the high taxes in the UK.

Why are prices from Cubancigar.net so low?

We have located .net in a 'Duty Free Zone', this means we can export our cigars without paying import duty. Our product is only for export and cannot be retailed to the general public in Spain. Other retailers who, having paid import duty, if they wish to export, face an extremely protracted and difficult process to recover the import levy incurred on their cigars.

Why do you charge in Euros?

Our suppliers charge us in Euros, thus if we charged in alternative currencies we would have to keep adjusting our prices to be match the current exchange rates.

I got a box with 2 Cuban seals, the one underneath had been cut and then covered with a new seal.

The Cubans are very fanatical about quality control and, under certain circumstances, complete a final inspection, if completely satisfied they then reseal and ship.

Why do you guarantee that your boxes are no older than 2001?

All our stock is of recent vintage and we do not hold aged cigars. It has come to our attention that some of our clients have concerns about cigars from 1999 - 2000. We can totally guarantee that our cigars are from no further back than 2001.
